Béa Beste - co-founded Phorms Education, a bilingual school network generating over €80 million in annual revenue and serving thousands of students across Germany — learning environments where children love to be.

Rafał Brzoska
Transforming logistics and inspiring entrepreneurship with impact
Rafał Brzoska - Founder and CEO of InPost—a logistics technology company valued at over €10 billion and one of Europe’s largest automated parcel locker networks—Rafał Brzoska built a business that revolutionized last-mile delivery for e-commerce.
At EO Unlimited, he will share lessons from scaling a company that challenged a state postal monopoly and grew into a platform serving millions of customers across Europe. Entrepreneurs attending his talk will gain insights into building category-defining companies, scaling innovation, and navigating hyper-competitive markets.
Brzoska began his entrepreneurial journey in 1999, founding Integer Group. In 2006, he launched InPost, introducing the Paczkomat® automated parcel locker system that transformed last-mile delivery and reshaped the European logistics landscape.
Today InPost operates across multiple European markets and runs tens of thousands of parcel lockers, serving millions of consumers and merchants.
Brzoska is widely recognized as one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Central Europe and remains active as an investor and advocate for entrepreneurship.

Marsha Ralls

Marsha Ralls – Founder of a $26 million global art advisory portfolio and a 25-year member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Marsha Ralls has spent more than two decades helping founders and leaders navigate growth, pressure, and transformation.
At EO Unlimited, she will share how entrepreneurs can strengthen the internal capabilities that shape long-term leadership success—resilience, emotional regulation, clarity of purpose, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Attendees will gain practical perspectives on how developing these leadership capacities translates directly into stronger companies, better teams, and more sustainable performance.
Ralls is the Founder and CEO of The Phoenix Asheville, a leadership retreat and transformation center in North Carolina where founders and executives work on resilience, strategic clarity, and personal leadership capacity.
Earlier in her career, she founded The Ralls Collection, an internationally recognized art advisory firm that she grew into a $26 million portfolio, curating more than 449 exhibitions with globally renowned artists including Robert Rauschenberg, Ellsworth Kelly, and Annie Leibovitz. Her work has also been presented internationally, including at the United Nations.
She also served as Commissioner for the Arts and Humanities in Washington, DC under three mayors, leading major cultural initiatives including the curation of over 4,000 artworks for the Marriott Marquis Convention Center.
A member of EO for more than 25 years, she founded Women of EO (now EO Women), a global initiative supporting female founders and leaders.

Dr. John J. Scherer
Unleashing the human spirit through transformational leadership
Dr. John J. Scherer – Creator of the globally recognized “Facing the Tiger” leadership methodology used by leaders across six continents, Dr. John J. Scherer has helped executives from more than 55 countries transform conflict and pressure into catalysts for growth.
At EO Unlimited, he will share practical frameworks that help entrepreneurs and leadership teams navigate difficult conversations, lead through transformation, and make clear decisions in moments of tension and change. Participants will gain tools for turning resistance, fear, and conflict into drivers of learning, alignment, and organizational progress.
Scherer’s work has influenced leaders and organizations across six continents, from China and Central Europe to Africa and New Zealand. Through his executive development intensives and leadership programs, he has equipped senior leaders from more than 55 countries with practical methods for leading through complex change.
Before becoming an organizational consultant, Scherer served as a U.S. Navy combat officer, a Lutheran chaplain at Cornell University, and later trained as a Gestalt and Family Systems therapist. He also co-created one of the first competency-based graduate programs in Applied Behavioral Science, preparing generations of leaders to guide organizational transformation.
He is the author of Work and the Human Spirit and Facing the Tiger, influential books on leadership, purpose, and navigating change. Widely recognized as a pioneering voice in leadership development, he has been named among America’s Top 100 Thought Leaders in Personal and Leadership Development.
