A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology and an avid ultramarathon runner, Stefan is recognized for building globally ambitious companies from Poland.

Béa Beste - entrepreneur, author, and EO Berlin member. Born in Romania and raised across Europe, she co-founded Phorms Education, a network of private schools in Germany, and later built an educational subscription business and a family blog.

Béa has written four parenting books and is now developing an online personal branding academy. A Forum Trainer certified in 2024, she is passionate about supporting transformational growth within EO.

Rafał Brzoska - Polish entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist, founder and CEO of InPost S.A., the company that transformed parcel delivery in Poland with its “Paczkomat” network.
